Tips to identify an NVDA top in market price

What to do about NVDA?

In recent weeks, there has been a lot of talk about Nvidia in both the financial media and our discussions, and understandably so. The performance of this stock has been truly remarkable and unprecedented.

The figures surrounding Nvidia’s earnings report last Thursday are staggering.

Consider Jason Huang, Nvidia’s CEO, whose net worth soared by $10 billion on Thursday afternoon alone. Furthermore, the rally on that day boosted Nvidia’s value by $277 billion, marking the largest single increase ever seen by a company in the United States.

This increase alone surpasses the total value of companies like Coca-Cola at $263 billion and Intel at $181 billion. What’s even more remarkable is the timeline of Nvidia’s valuation growth. It took them 24 years to reach a valuation of $1 billion, and merely 8 months to add another billion.

Perhaps most astonishing is the fact that one-quarter of the S&P’s increase this year can be attributed to Nvidia. Considering the S&P represents 500 US companies, the extent of Nvidia’s influence is almost alarming.
