Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through ProfitableSwingTrading.com, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your full name, email address, and payment information.

Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis with billing action to the original purchase method on the expiration date of your original purchase time period.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by either party and must be submitted at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle or in the case of yearly subscriptions 5 business days before the end of the current month.
Cancellation requests need to be made using the contact form with a cancellation request contained in the form fields provided.
Cancellation requests for monthly subscriptions will not be refunded for unused time remaining in the month. Monthly cancellations will not be rebilled unless renewed at a later date.
Yearly (or longer) subscriptions will have a proportionate amount of the original payment amount refunded retroactively to the end of the month in which the cancellation is received on time.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our affiliates harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising in any way from your use of any services provided by ProfitableSwingTrading.com.
You agree that any subscription that you freely choose to purchase from ProfitableSwingTrading.com is delivered under a license agreement and that you are considered the “End User” of that information.
End Users agree to never rent, or resell any content delivered by ProfitableSwingTrading.com, and are prohibited from sharing website login credentials and other information related to the use of the website.
Sharing of website login information can result in immediate termination of services.
Timely delivery of content from ProfitableSwingTrading.com is highly dependent on streaming data provided by 3rd parties, and computer software hosted by 3rd parties. ProfitableSwingTrading.com is not responsible for the failure of 3rd parties to continue delivering data in a timely fashion.
